Comfort Care Plan:  Starting at $16.58 monthly for 1 time a year.

This plan includes: A furnace and AC check performed at the same time.

Prime Protection Plan: Starting at $27 monthly twice a year. 

This plan includes: The first visit includes an AC inspection and a furnace operations check, while the second visit covers a furnace inspection and an AC operations check.

Platinum Plan: Starting at $39.50 monthly for 4 times a year.

This plan includes: 1 full AC inspection, 1 full furnace inspection, 1 AC OP Check, 1 furnace OP Check, and 4x 1" filters. 

Additional Upgrades include:

  • An annual plumbing inspection
  • Servicing more than one system at the home (2 systems, 3 systems, 4 systems, etc.)
  • Media filters for purchase
